as per my horoscope, i am asked to practice the loving kindness meditation daily. i offer it to you.
start by taking a few moments to breath…be comfortable. you may lay down or sit, you may curl up or stand. visualize someone you love very much and hold them to you, repeat 3 times “may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be safe, may you be free from suffering and the causes of suffering”
visualize someone neutral, someone you don’t know and hold them to you, repeat the mantra 3 times.
visualize someone with whom you experience a great deal of challenge and hold them to you, repeat the mantra 3 times.
hold yourself close in your heart and mind, feel the reverberations throughout your body as you say the mantra to yourself 3 times.
